It was my great luck to run into Jennifer at a local hangout and start a conversation with her. When I was ready to start looking for a home, I knew I was going use her because she knew the market well, specifically the area I was determined to buy in. Jennifer was so knowledgeable about all the details of what to notice and consider about a house. She was assertive and pro-active, but also realistic, when negotiating. It really reassured me that she was looking out for me. I was not a big-ticket buyer but I felt that made no difference with the attention she gave me. Even after the closing, I have continued to have questions and she has been so responsive and helpful.
